Dr. Christina Youngerman
Dr. Christina Youngerman earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Public Health from Columbia University. She completed specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry as a postdoctoral resident at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Columbia University Medical Center.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Youngerman currently holds an academic appointment at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she is part of a research team studying early childhood caries prevention. She is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest research and providing the most current treatment options to patients and families.
Dr. Youngerman is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. She considers it a privilege to provide the highest level of dental care for children and families and strives making every visit a fun and positive experience.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Youngerman graduated with honors from Tufts University with a B.A. in International Relations. Her interest in the field continued with work on oral health initiatives in India and Kenya. Dr. Youngerman resides in New York’s Upper West Side with her husband Brett and dog, Gracey and enjoys traveling, yoga, and cooking.
