Dr. Rob and his hygienist were excellent! My 15 month old was of course not thrilled to be at the dentist’s office but they did an incredible job making her feel more comfortable. Dr. Rob took the time to chat with me about her diet, answer my questions about how to properly brush her teeth, and discuss the best sippy cups to use to fix her bite. Office staff were professional, extremely friendly, and very responsive. I scheduled my appointment on a Saturday and they got me in 3 days later. 10/10 recommend!
I have been taking my son here for years. They are very organized, easy to schedule, hygienists are usually friendly and skilled (Liz, who worked with my son this week, was particularly good with him, genuinely friendly and encouraging him to make a change to his tooth brushing without making him feel scolded). Dr Rob is friendly, unhurried but efficient, and inspires confidence. They do everything possible to minimize discomfort. They show prices for procedures and get agreement before going ahead, which is helpful. Highly recommend.
We’ve been going to Dr. Rob for 8 years now since Graham was 3. Even after we moved out of the city, I still drive my son in for his cleanings because this office is THAT wonderful. Every single person working there is so friendly and kind. Angie, our beloved dental hygienist, is a true star! She beams with kindness and patience. My son Graham absolutely loves her so much and pretty much never wants to leave. This place is truly special. You guys are doing a wonderful job and we appreciate you!!!
Since our special needs son was a toddler, he as been followed by CPW Pediatric Dentistry and now CPW Orthodontics. With kindness and compassion beyond words, Dr Rob, Dr. Eve, Betty, Angie and our whole team welcomed and worked with our son. Because of their expertise and dedication, we are happy to share, today our son is now a teenager remains cavity-free! He is also making amazing progress with his Invisaligns! We are so grateful.
Jen was amazing. She explained everything step by step not only to me but to my 2 year old! She respected my toddler as a person and treated her with compassion which made the process easy. Dr. Rob is inviting and easy going. He is soft spoken but upbeat which is great for children. My 2 year old raves about the dentist and checked my teeth 40 times after the visit. I would say this was a success!
